Cadbury Mini Eggs Bars Ingredients:
- Butter – You can use butter or margarine. In my opinion, there is no difference in taste.
- Mini marshmallows – Use regular white or mini marshmallows or pastel-colored ones.
- Box rice Chex – Or substitute one of the variations listed below.
- Funfetti baking chips (Pillsbury) – If you have trouble finding these, you can always just use white chocolate baking chips.
- Cadbury mini chocolate eggs – These are my family’s favorite so there is no substitute for these.
- Rainbow sprinkles – Rainbow sprinkles make the Easter cereal bars recipe look festive and spring like.
Supplies Needed
- Large Stockpot – I like a large one so that I know I have plenty of room for mixing and stirring.
- Rubber spatula – The rubber spatulas that have the shape of a spoon are great for mixing.
- 9×13 Baking dish – You can use a glass or metal baking dish.
- Large knife – A sharp butcher-type knife is great to use for this but it’s best when you have an entire set to choose from.
- Airtight container – A flat air-tight container is best so you don’t have to layer them.
- Parchment paper – Use to place in between layers when storing or freezing the Cadbury Mini Eggs bars.
