Charcuterie Skewers Ingredients

  • 1 pound cheddar cheese, cut into large cubes
  • Thinly sliced salami – 6 ounces
  • Pepperoni – 6 ounces thinly sliced
  • Babybel cheese 6 pieces
  • Mini dill pickles – 6
  • 6 wooden kabob sticks

Simple Steps to Making Charcuterie Kabobs

  1. The easiest way is to fold each slice of meat in half, then in half again, and thread wooden skewers through.
  2. Slide one slice of pepperoni and one slice of salami on the stick.
  3. Slide a piece of cheese on top of the meat.
