One of the most traditional, classic dishes during the holiday season is green bean casserole. What if you want a different twist on the classic dish?

Enter Mini Green Bean Casserole Bites. These biscuits are individually portioned, so there’s no need to worry about running out of bowls and dishes to use as take-home gifts for your guests. 

The individual servings make it perfect for any size gathering, from family dinners to office holiday parties and everything in between!

I’ve always loved the dish and its ease of making. It’s very simple to create and tastes just as good as the original casserole version if not better.

Individual Bean Casserole Biscuits Ingredients

  • Pillsbury Grand buttermilk biscuits
  • Del Monte savory green beans with mushrooms (or just regular green beans), drained
  • Cream of mushroom condensed soup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • French’s crispy fried onions, divided
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Mini Green Bean Casserole Bites

Preheat oven to 375°. Spray 16 muffin tins with a nonstick coating spray.

Remove the biscuits from the can and separate each biscuit in half.  (Just separate them between the layers).

Place each piece in a muffin cup and press down on the bottom and up the sides to form a “cup.”

Mini Green Bean Casserole Bites

In a large mixing bowl, add the green beans, soup, 3/4 cup of the crispy fried onions, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.

Mix well to incorporate all of the ingredients.

Spoon the green bean mixture into the muffin cups, filling up to the top of the biscuit dough.

Mini Green Bean Casserole Bites

Bake for 20 minutes or until the biscuits are a light golden brown.

Remove the muffin pans from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheese and crispy fried onions. Add a sprinkling of pepper on top.

Bake for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  • Box of Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 3/4 Cup of Cold milk
  • 3/4 cup of Zackariah Harris Eggnog (alcohol included)
  • 1 1/2 cups of Cool whip
  • 2 or 4-ounce souffle cups with lids
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Vanilla Cream Pirouette (optional)

Instructions
