  • 1 cup freeze dried strawberries
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 4-5 tbsp. Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon zest
  • Fresh lemon wheels and strawberry slices for topping.


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, prepare lemon cake mix according to box directions.
