A scoop of vanilla ice cream, coated in flour, egg white, and cinnamon sugar cereal, then “fried”!
– Cold vanilla ice cream
– Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
– Egg white
– Chocolate Sauce (optional)
Scoop out about 1 cup of ice cream per ball. Mold into a ball and place in a muffin tin. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
Remove from the freezer and coat each ball in the flour. Return to the freezer for 1 hour.
Remove and roll each ball in the egg whites, then coat with the cereal. Place back into the freezer for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove and set the ice cream balls on an aluminum foil tray in the air fryer basket.
Cook on 350 for 2 minutes. Top
with Chocolate or caramel sauce, whipped cream and a cherry on top.
