Here's how to make a Dalgona Coffee
Ingredients: – 1 tbsp instant coffee – 1 tbsp granulated sugar – 1 tbsp hot water – 8 oz of milk (hot or cold, your choice)

In a small bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Whisk until the mixture becomes thick and foamy. If you use an electric mixer, it will take about 3-4 minutes to whisk until it foams, while whisking by hand will take around 10 minutes.

Once thick and foamy, spoon the mixture over a glass of milk of your choice.

Stir until well combined, or leave a little foamy layer on top.

Enjoy with hot or cold milk, depending on your preference.
