Baked Pizza Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound ground beef cooked
  • ½ pound ground Italian sausage cooked
  • 24 ounces spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 16 ounces spaghetti prepared according to package directions
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large pot, cook spaghetti and drain pasta
  • In a large skillet, combine the cooked beef, sausage, spaghetti sauce, and cream cheese. Cook over medium-high heat until the cream cheese is melted, stirring often.
  • Remove the pan from heat and stir in the spaghetti, half the pepperoni slices and half the mozzarella cheese.
  • Spoon half of spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese. Add an even layer of pepperoni to the top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese on top of the casserole is melted.
