- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 12- ounce packages of frozen corn
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 1 8- ounce package of cream cheese cubed
- 1 cup bacon bits or 4 strips bacon cooked and chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar Jack cheese divided
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then add the butter to the pan.
When the butter is melted, add the corn and saute until the kernels are softened.
Add the ranch seasoning and cream cheese to the pan and stir to mix. Continue stirring until the cream cheese is melted.
Remove the pan from heat and stir in one cup of shredded cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted.
