Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 12- ounce packages of frozen corn
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 8- ounce package of cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup bacon bits or 4 strips bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar Jack cheese divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then add the butter to the pan.
  • When the butter is melted, add the corn and saute until the kernels are softened.
  • Add the ranch seasoning and cream cheese to the pan and stir to mix. Continue stirring until the cream cheese is melted. 
  • Remove the pan from heat and stir in one cup of shredded cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted.
