Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops of Orange Sherbert melted
  • Package Orange Gelatin
  • 1 cup Rum Chata
  • 1 cup Water
  • Plastic Shot Glasses

Instructions
 

  • Place 2 scoops (using a standard ice cream scoop) of orange sherbert in a bowl and set aside to melt.

  • Heat 1 cup of water to boiling. Add orange gelatin and stir to dissolve.

  • Set aside and cool for 15 minutes. Add one cup of RumChata to melted sherbert and stir.

  • Next, pour gelatin into sherbert mixture and stir.

  • Fill 4-ounce plastic souffle cups, cover them, and place them in the freezer for 2 hours.
