Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 8- ounce can of crushed pineapple drained
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  • To make this dip, start by mixing the cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add the crushed pineapple, diced ham, and green onions, and stir to combine. I like to reserve some of the green onions to sprinkle on top of the dip for garnish.
  • Once combined, chill the dip until ready to serve.
  • Serve with chips or crackers.
