A visit to the doctor’s office became an unexpected political showdown after a woman wearing pro-Trump clothing recorded another woman repeatedly confronting her inside and outside the medical facility.

The footage has attracted fresh attention online, with social media posts claiming the second woman was a clinic employee who objected to a MAGA hat. However, earlier reports describing the same video identified her as another patient and referred to the clothing as a MAGA shirt. Her identity, employment status, and complete version of events remain unconfirmed.

The argument followed the woman outside

The video shows the MAGA-clad woman and her mother attempting to move away as the other woman continues speaking to them. The political disagreement that started the exchange is difficult to hear clearly, but the woman recording appears determined to end it.

“Bye, honey. Bye,” she says while walking toward the exit. Instead of allowing the conversation to die, the other woman follows her outside, continuing to speak as the tension rises.

Once outside, the woman recording becomes more forceful.

“No! You need to stop harassing,” she says. “I am at a doctor’s appointment. I don’t need your harassment.”

She repeatedly tells the woman to go away, making it clear that she does not want to continue discussing her clothing or political beliefs. The footage does not show how the confrontation began, leaving viewers without the full context surrounding the first exchange.

When the MAGA supporter attempts to return to the building, the other woman appears to remain near the doorway. The patient responds, “You need to not block my door!”

The video was originally linked to TikTok user @yellowcca_922 and reported on June 23, 2026. That earlier account described the confrontation as involving two patients and said the woman recording was wearing a MAGA shirt.

The identical video later resurfaced through the X account @Milajoy on July 27. The newer post called the second woman a clinic employee and described the clothing as a MAGA hat. Neither version provides independent documentation establishing the woman’s identity or connection to the medical office.

That distinction matters. Calling someone a clinic employee suggests professional obligations and possible disciplinary consequences. Describing her as another patient presents the encounter as a dispute between private individuals.

Based on the available reporting, it is safest to say the woman was confronted at a doctor’s office by another woman whose role at the facility has not been independently verified.
