Christmas Wreath Deviled Eggs

This delightful recipe for Christmas deviled eggs with food coloring is sure to spruce up any holiday table spread, bringing cheer into your kitchen...and stomachs!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 3 TBS mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ¼ red pepper cut in small squares
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Blue and green food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Peel your boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  • Put all the egg  yolks in a small mixing bowl
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, and salt and pepper to yolks and mix until well incorporated.
  • Add a few drops of blue and green food coloring to create the green wreath color.
  • Whip your egg mixture with a fork until there are no more lumps. 
  • Using a large star tip and a piping bag, load your piping bag with your green yolk mixture.
  • Pipe the yolk mixture into the middle of the white part of your boiled egg. 
  • Add 3 little squares of red pepper at the top of each egg to create a holly wreath look.
