- 3 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces of cream cheese softened
- 1 8- ounce can of crushed pineapple drained
- 1 package of thinly sliced ham
Spread the cream cheese evenly over the top of each tortilla. You can use any type of tortillas such as corn or flour, but we’ve used traditional white flour tortillas.
Top with crushed pineapple and spread evenly over the cream cheese. Spread the evenly onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Arrange the ham slices around the top of each tortilla.
Start rolling up each tortilla tightly to form a long pinwheel.
Place these rolls seam-side down on a plate and refrigerate for an hour, or until firm.
After about an hour, take the pinwheels out of the refrigerator and slice them into pieces.
Arrange your pinwheel slices attractively on a serving plate, and there you go! A beautiful and delicious Hawaiian Pinwheel Snack that is ready to be devoured!
