This old-fashioned vanilla bean ice cream recipe is a classic that everyone loves. Made with simple ingredients, it turns into a rich, creamy, and deliciously decadent treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 vanilla bean
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream on high until it becomes fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the condensed milk and vanilla extract to the whipped cream.
  • Gently fold the mixture until no streaks remain.
  • Slice the vanilla beans open and scrape out the seeds. Add the vanilla seeds to the mixture and stir well.
  • Pour the mixture into a bread pan.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 6-8 hours.
