When officers approached the vehicle, they reportedly found fake Drug Enforcement Administration credentials, a switchblade, and two firearms with obliterated serial numbers. The woman inside the car was also found carrying identification linked to a missing-person case from 2023, according to investigators.

Police later executed a search warrant at Horsch’s residence in the Olney section of Philadelphia. What they uncovered, according to officials, quickly raised concerns about possible large-scale illegal activity.
Inside the property, investigators reported finding a 55-gallon drum connected to tubing, multiple containers of unidentified chemicals, firearms, narcotics, and more fake federal credentials. Officials also documented hundreds of pieces of ballistic evidence scattered throughout the property.
