- 1 slap, baby back ribs
- ½ cup yellow mustard
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, optional

How to Make Baby Back Ribs
- Preheat your oven to 245°F.
- Clean the ribs and remove the membrane on the back to ensure a smooth surface.
- Pat the ribs dry with a paper towel.
- Spread mustard on both sides of the ribs to help tenderize the meat; don’t worry, it won’t taste like mustard.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, white pepper, and paprika on both sides of the ribs, but do not rub them in.
- Add seasoned salt on top, again, without rubbing it in.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in foil and place them in the oven. Cook for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, carefully remove the ribs from the oven and open the foil.
- Add brown sugar, honey, and butter to the ribs.
- Tent the foil over the ribs, ensuring it doesn’t touch the meat.
- Return the ribs to the oven and cook for an additional hour.
- If you want to add BBQ sauce, brush it on the ribs, increase the oven temperature to 425°F, and cook for another 10 minutes until the sauce is nice and sticky.
