No Churn Ice Cream Without Condensed Milk

As you may have noticed, this homemade ice cream is a bit different than our other traditional no-churn ice cream as it does not have condensed milk in the ingredients.

It has cream cheese which makes it a lot creamier, but yet you still don’t need an ice cream machine to make it.

How to Make Red Velvet No Churn Ice Cream

Firstly, prepare your Red Velvet Cake ahead of time.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Do not over whisk.

Add milk, sugar, and cream cheese to the mixture when soft peaks are formed.

But, mix slowly to avoid splashing over.

Once it’s mixed, add 1/4 teaspoon of red food coloring. Fold in gently. As a result, add more if you desire more pink.

Add red velvet cake and mix.

After that, pour the mixture in a bread pan and freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.

Enjoy!

I love that the Red Velvet Ice Cream is made with cream cheese instead of sweetened condensed milk. It gives it a more rich flavor.
