In a blender, puree the red-layer ingredients. Fill the popsicle mold 1/3 of the way with the mixture. Freeze for at least 3 hours.

Blue Layer:
Mix together the blue-layer ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Fill the remaining 1/3 of the mold with the blue mixture. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
