How to Make Loaded Nachos Recipe

Preheat the oven and spread a layer of the chips on your rimmed baking sheet.

In a skillet cook your ground beef until it is fully cooked. Drain off the grease. Then add taco seasoning, water, and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 10-ounce can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 12-ounce bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 16-ounce can of refried beans, prepared
  • 1 cup white queso cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • Sour cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spread the tortilla chips in an even layer over a large baking sheet and set aside.
